AXS Opportunity Fund is a real estate private equity firm that commenced as a family business in 1974. The company is headquartered in Beverly Hills and has investment real estate holdings nationwide. Today, AXS is an umbrella of funds specializing in multifamily, commercial, industrial, and triple-net single-tenant real estate, as well as distressed commercial mortgage notes.

We aim to embetter the real estate community by targeting properties that have been overburdened by debt and repositioning them into investment grade assets. We do so by developing these properties into attractive multifamily apartments, offices, and retail spaces in a timely, cost-efficient manner. We aim to achieve above average returns for our investors by using decades of expertise in the identification and selection of undervalued properties with rich return potential.​
